Fix: FC Liverpool zieht Option von Leipzigs Konaté – Mit Boni teuerster Bundesliga-Verteidiger - Transfermarkt

RB knackt 100 Mio. Einnahmen 

Es ist offiziell: RB Leipzig verliert nach Dayot Upamecano (22) den nächsten Stammspieler aus der Defensive. Ibrahima Konaté schließt sich Jürgen Klopp und dem FC Liverpool an, wo er einen Vertrag bis 2026 erhält. Die Reds greifen dabei auf eine Ausstiegsklausel im Arbeitspapier des 22-jährigen Abwehrspielers zurück, die bei 40 Millionen Euro liegt. Laut dem „Kicker“ sind inklusive Boni sogar 46 Mio. Euro drin.

Schon die Hälfte der Bonuszahlungen würde derweil reichen, um seinen ehemaligen Teamkollegen Upamecano, der zur kommenden Saison für 42,5 Mio. Euro zum FC Bayern wechselt, von Platz eins der teuersten Bundesliga-Verteidiger zu verdrängen. International gesehen könnte es für Konaté bis in die Top-20 der teuersten Abwehrspieler gehen.

Für Leipzig, das Konaté 2017 ablösefrei vom FC Sochaux holte, absolvierte der 1,94 Meter große Defensivmann 95 Pflichtspiele, in denen er vier Tore erzielte. In der abgelaufenen Saison reichte es verletzungsbedingt allerdings nur zu wettbewerbsübergreifend 21 Einsätzen. 

Durch den Abgang von Konaté knackt RB als erster Verein überhaupt die Marke von 100 Mio. Euro Transfereinnahmen im kommenden Sommer. Neben Upamecano kommen noch die Ablösesummen für Hannes Wolf (9,5 Mio. nach Leihe) zu Gladbach und Trainer Julian Nagelsmann (Grundbetrag 15 Mio. plus Boni) hinzu. Für die bisher geliehenen Angeliño (kommt für 18 Mio. Euro von Man City) und Benjamin Henrichs (15 Mio. von AS Monaco) sowie Josko Gvardiol (16 Mio. von Dinamo Zagreb) und Mohamed Simakan (15 Mio. von Straßburg) wurde ein Großteil dieser Summe bereits reinvestiert.
